The library follows the Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) 23rd Edition for systematic organization and easy retrieval of resources.

The library of Hope Institute of Bengal has a collection of more than 5,000 books, including reference materials, journals, and magazines that cater to the courses offered—B.Ed. and D.El.Ed. The library subscribes to several national and international journals and magazines to enhance the knowledge base of students and faculty members. The resources mainly focus on education, pedagogy, psychology, and general knowledge, ensuring comprehensive academic support.

The library continuously strives to strengthen the teaching-learning process and promote a research-oriented culture among faculty, students, and staff members. It provides open access to all users through an OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) system, ensuring transparency and ease in book search and issue processes.
